Double, Double, Toil And Trouble

EVENT: Olympic Cauldrons
Love it or hate it, the Rio 2016 cauldron has generated a lot of talk!

For today's event, let's take a look at Olympic cauldrons used at past Summer Games.  Below, you will find 18 pictures of cauldrons (and one additional question) from throughout the years.  To go for the Gold, you must correctly identify the CITY and YEAR of the Olympics that used that cauldron.  SOME of the pictures hold hints for you, others will take some sleuthing around on your own!

On a new email to the e-IOC, with the subject line: (country name) Olympic Cauldrons, simply list your answers 1-19 and send them to the finish line at:  malfred74@gmail.com

***Each team will be allowed ONE submission.   If you realize after you have sent your entry that you've made a mistake, a second entry WILL NOT be accepted.
