MEDAL CEREMONY: Opening Ceremonies Best Dressed

Welcome to the medal ceremony for the BEST DRESSED from the 2018 Opening Ceremonies!

You all had somethings to SAY about how everyone was dressed!  In this category, BEST DRESSED, out of the 91 countries walking in the Parade of Athletes, 41 of them received a vote!  
To determine a winner, each selection you submitted received a point value: a Gold or 1st was worth 3 points, a Silver or 2nd was worth 2 points, a Bronze or 3rd was worth 3 points. All the points were totaled up to determine our winners.  For the top 3, you will see their points and points breakdown next to their names: Earth - 11 points (2/2/1)
